Heat the oil in a tiny saucepan, add the onion and pepper and fry softly for about 10-15 minutes until smooth. Crush half of the garlic and add the tomatoes, paprika, vinegar, greens, sugar and some seasoning to the saucepan. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until mildly reduced and thickened, bring to a simmer.
Rub the bread with the rest of the garlic and drizzle with a little oil. Over the toast spoon the beans, drizzle with a little more oil and scatter over the petroleum.
