Cook noodles according to guidelines for packaging. In a large wok, heat the olive oil and 1 tbsp sesame oil, then stir fry the chicken until the color changes.
Add the onions and garlic in the spring, cook briefly, then add the sauce of black bean and toss well. Drain the noodles, add the bean sprouts and the remaining sesame oil to the wok. Toss until warm piping. Serve with a sauce of soy.
